Job Description

General Manager of Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited (KCMMF Ltd) will head and direct the operations of the federation to ensure organizational efficiency and strategic growth. The position demands effective leadership in marketing, quality control, and dairy production operations. The applicant should possess a Postgraduate Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Engineering, Dairy Quality Control, Dairy Chemistry, or Veterinary Science, and an MBA or ACA or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Manager in a well-known organization is required. The appointments will be made through direct recruitment on a statewide scale. The chosen candidate will be on probation for two years in a three-year continuous period under Rule 184 of KCS. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR will apply. The post is presently for the General Category and will have an apportionment system (1:1) with Society Category for future posts. Candidates have to produce valid experience certificates in the given format along with the application.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a PG Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Engineering, Dairy Quality Control, Dairy Chemistry, or Veterinary Science, along with an MBA/ACA or equivalent qualification. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Senior Manager in a reputed organization. Rule 10(a)(ii) of KS&SSR is applicable. Equivalent qualifications recognized by government orders will also be considered. Applicants must upload their experience certificate at the time of submission; failure to do so will result in rejection.
