Job Description

The role of General Manager (Project) at COIRFED is a senior-level managerial position aimed at spearheading project-based operations of Kerala's state premier co-operative coir marketing entity. Aspirants should possess a B.Tech qualification together with an MBA from a recognized institution and a minimum of 12 years of work experience in related industries. The choice will be made on a statewide level. The selected individual will be under probation for one year in a two-year continuous period of service. Applicants are required to upload experience certificates while applying. Provisionally employed individuals in other co-operative institutions in accordance with G.O. (P) No. 41/98 will be granted relaxation in age up to five years if conditions are fulfilled. Rule 10(a)(ii) of KS&SSR is also applicable, and the same or higher qualifications as notified by government orders will be acceptable.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a B.Tech degree with an MBA from a recognized university in Kerala and at least 12 years of professional experience. Age must fall between 18 and 45 years as of 01.01.2025 (relaxation available as per rules). Experience certificate must be uploaded at the time of application submission. Rule 10(a)(ii) of KS&SSR is applicable. Equivalent or higher qualifications recognized by the government are also valid.
