Job Description

Kerala Public Service Commission invites applications for Binder Grade II in the Printing Department, district-wise (Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Palakkad, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Kannur). There are 64 vacancies in total, offered through direct recruitment with a pay scale of ₹26,500–60,700. Eligible candidates must have passed SSLC or its equivalent and possess either a Diploma in Printing Technology, KGTE/MGTE (Book Binding, Lower), or VHSE with Printing Technology. Age limit is 18–36 years, with relaxations for OBC/SC/ST and a maximum upper age limit of 50 years. 4% of posts are reserved for eligible differently abled candidates as per the latest government order. Applicants may apply for only one district and must apply online through Kerala PSC’s One Time Registration portal before the deadline.
