Kerala PSC invites applications for the post of Driver Gr II (HDV) / Driver Cum-Office Attendant (HDV) for Kottayam district. This is a First NCA Notification, exclusively for candidates from the Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community. The post carries a pay scale of ₹25,100-57,900. Applicants must be aged 18–42 years. The required qualifications include a pass in Standard VII, a valid Medium/Heavy driving license with three years' standing, and a Driver's Badge. Candidates must also meet specified medical fitness standards and pass a practical test (T-Test and Road Test).
