Job Description

This First NCA society-category notification fills backlog community-reserved vacancies for Worker / Plant Attender Grade III in Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (MILMA). Only regular employees of affiliated member and primary member societies from the specified communities (ETB, SC, Muslim, LC/AI, Dheevara, OBC) can apply; others are rejected without individual memo. Appointees will carry out plant and production support duties in MILMA dairies, and will be on probation for two years within a continuous period of three years as per KCS Rule 184. The ranked lists remain valid until all earmarked NCA vacancies for the respective communities, left unfilled from the main list 067/2021, are fully filled.

Eligibility Criteria

Regular employees of KCMMF-affiliated member or primary member societies belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, SC, Muslim, LC/AI, Dheevara, or OBC communities, with at least 3 years regular service and SSLC pass but not holding a degree. Applicants must upload a proper Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) at the time of application.
