Kerala PSC invites OBC community candidates for Blood Bank Technician post in Health Services Department under First NCA notification. Minimum qualifications include Pre-Degree/Plus Two with Science (≥50%) and a two-year Diploma in Blood Bank Technology from approved institutes. Vacancy exists due to unfilled reserved posts from previous lists. Probation period applies as per government rules. Ranked list remains valid until position is filled.
