Job Description

This Mechanic post in Medical Education for Kottayam district involves technical maintenance and repair of medical instruments and equipment in healthcare facilities. A separate ranked list will be prepared for Kottayam, valid for a minimum of one year and up to three years, to fill the current vacancy and any additional ones reported during its validity. Selection is strictly district-based: candidates advised in one district cannot transfer to another until completing five years of continuous service, and those already holding the same post in any district are ineligible to apply again.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an ITI Certificate in Instrument Mechanic trade or equivalent government-recognized qualification, meet the age criteria with applicable relaxations, and apply specifically to Kottayam district. Existing holders of this post in other districts cannot reapply.
