Job Description

Kerala PSC invites online applications from eligible Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates for Training Instructor (Draftsman-Civil) in the Scheduled Castes Development Department. This is a First NCA notification for one present vacancy, with a pay scale of ₹37,400–79,000. Applicants should be aged 18–41, belong strictly to the ST community of Kerala, and hold a three-year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant trade from a government-approved polytechnic or equivalent. Degrees/diplomas recognized as equivalent by government orders are also accepted. Applications from non-ST candidates are summarily rejected. Rank lists will remain valid until all identified backlog or community-specific vacancies are filled or until the NCA cycle ends.
