Job Description
This is a first NCA statewide notification to fill backlog Assistant Manager vacancy reserved for LC/AI community in Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd. The ranked list will remain valid until all LC/AI earmarked vacancies pending from the main list (Cat. No. 637/2023) are filled. Only LC/AI candidates can apply; others will be rejected without memo. The role involves managerial and supervisory duties, typically in project, loan, and welfare scheme administration for backward communities, with probation as per the corporation’s Special Rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Degree holders with MBA and PGDCA, belonging strictly to LC/AI community, with 2 years post-MBA supervisory experience in PSU/registered firm and within the prescribed age band. Provisional hands in KSBCDC may claim limited extra age relaxation with service certificate.
