Job Description

This high‑stage NCA notification clears long‑pending LPS Arabic Junior Language Teacher vacancies reserved for ETB, SC and ST communities in Kozhikkode, Malappuram and Wayanad. Separate community‑wise, district‑wise NCA ranked lists will remain in force until all earmarked backlog vacancies, which have carried over through multiple prior NCA cycles, are fully advised. Candidates may apply to only one eligible district; multiple‑district applications lead to removal from lists and disciplinary action. Selection is on a revenue‑district basis with a mandatory five‑year service before inter‑district transfer, except the one‑time concession for transfers into Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod. Current FTJLT (Arabic) LPS incumbents in any district cannot reapply to the same post, but may apply for higher posts when notified.

Eligibility Criteria

Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala in the specified age bands, with required Arabic academic qualification (Path I or II), D.El.Ed (Arabic) where mandated, and K‑TET IV or valid exemption, applying to only one district where their community vacancy exists and not already holding this FTJLT (Arabic) LPS post in any district.
