Job Description

This multi‑stage NCA notification fills long‑pending UPS Arabic Junior Language Teacher vacancies reserved for OBC, Viswakarma, Hindu Nadar, SC and ST across Malappuram, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode and Kasaragod. Separate NCA ranked lists are created for each community–district pair and remain in force until all earmarked backlog vacancies from earlier notifications and ranked lists are filled. Candidates may apply to only one eligible district; multiple‑district applications lead to removal from lists and disciplinary action. Selection is on a revenue‑district basis with a 5‑year minimum service condition before inter‑district transfer, except the one‑time concession for transfers into Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod. Existing FTJLT (Arabic) UPS incumbents in any district cannot reapply for the same post, but may apply for higher posts when notified.

Eligibility Criteria

OBC, Viswakarma, Hindu Nadar, SC or ST candidates of Kerala within respective age bands, holding the notified Arabic academic and training qualifications and K‑TET IV or valid exemption, who apply only to one district where their community vacancy exists and are not already working as FTJLT (Arabic) UPS in any district. For 4th & 5th NCA SC–ST slots, the other community can be considered if no candidate from the targeted community is available.
