Job Description
Applications are invited online through One Time Registration from qualified regular employees belonging to the Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian community of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Housing Federation Limited (HOUSEFED) for the post of Junior Clerk. This is the Second NCA Notification (Society Category), issued due to the non-availability of eligible candidates in response to the first NCA (Category No. 413/2024). One statewide vacancy is available. Candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous regular service in any cadre within a member society of HOUSEFED and should remain in service both at the time of application and appointment. Academic qualifications required are Degree from a recognized University with HDC/HDC & BM/JDC OR B.Com with Co-operation OR B.Sc. Co-operation & Banking from Kerala Agricultural University. Age limit is 18–50 years (born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2007). Probation period will be one year within two years as per KCS Rule 184. Applications from communities other than Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian or from non-employees of affiliated societies will be rejected without intimation.
