Job Description

Online applications are invited exclusively from regular employees of Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Housing Federation Limited (HOUSEFED) who belong to the OBC community for the post of Junior Clerk under the Society Category through One Time Registration. This First NCA Notification is issued due to backlog vacancies that remained unfilled from the Mother Ranked List published on 16.12.2022 (Cat No.150/2020). Pay scale is ₹11,770–28,670/-. Only candidates belonging to the OBC community and regular employees of member societies affiliated with HOUSEFED are eligible to apply. Applications from other communities or non-regular employees will be summarily rejected without individual communication. Probation is 1 year on duty within 2 continuous years as per KCS rule 184.

Eligibility Criteria

OBC community regular employees of Member Societies affiliated to HOUSEFED with minimum 3 years regular service. Degree as specified with accepted equivalents. Age 18–50 years (no additional relaxations).
