Kerala PSC invites Scheduled Caste regular employees of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited for Lower Division Clerk post. This Third NCA notification issued due to non-availability of eligible candidates in prior NCA lists. Applicants must meet minimum 3 years service and degree plus co-operation-related qualifications, along with computer application certificate. Probation period applies. Recruitment is community and institution-specific with statewide selection.
