Job Description

Applications are invited only from candidates belonging to the Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya community of Kerala State through One Time Registration for the post of Marketing Manager (Fertilizer) in Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited. This is a First NCA Notification (General Category), issued to fill backlog vacancies unfilled during the validity of the earlier Ranked List (Category No. 353/2021). Pay scale is ₹13,560 – 32,240/- (PR). Vacancies are to be filled statewide. Candidates must hold a Graduation with HDC/JDC or equivalent, an MBA Degree in Marketing, and possess at least three years of managerial experience in Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Private Registered Undertakings/Co-operatives. Age limit is 25–43 years, with concessions as per rules but not exceeding 50 years. Provisional hands in approved Co-operative institutions may avail relaxation up to 5 years with proper certification. Probation will be for two years within a continuous period of three years as per KCS rules. Applications from communities other than Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya will be rejected without intimation.

Eligibility Criteria

Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya community candidates only. Graduation with HDC/JDC or equivalent + MBA in Marketing. Minimum 3 years managerial experience in Govt./PSU/Private/Co-operative institutions. Age 25–43 years (25–50 with relaxation as permitted). Provisional employees of 29 specified co-operative institutions also eligible for additional relaxation up to 5 years if certified.
