Job Description
This is a 4th NCA, statewide, society-category recruitment to fill a backlog SC vacancy for Marketing Organizer in Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (MILMA). Only regular employees of KCMMF’s member and primary member societies belonging to SC community can apply; if no qualified SC candidate is available, ST applicants may be considered. The ranked list remains valid until the earmarked SC vacancy, left unfilled from the mother list and three earlier NCA notifications, is fully filled. Appointees will be on probation for two years within a continuous period of three years, and will handle sales, field marketing, and market development duties for milk and milk products as per federation norms.
Eligibility Criteria
Regular SC employees of KCMMF-affiliated member/primary societies with at least 3 years service and a recognized degree (B.Com/BBA/BBM/B.Sc Co-op & Banking or any degree). ST employees may be considered only if no suitable SC candidates are available. Applicants must upload prescribed service certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) at the time of application.
