Job Description

Applications are invited online only through One Time Registration for the post of Company Secretary in the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited. The scale of pay is ₹95,600 – 1,53,200/-. One statewide vacancy is reported. Candidates must hold an ACS (Associate Company Secretary) qualification and should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Government, Quasi-Government, or a registered Public/Private sector undertaking. The age limit is 18–45 years, with usual relaxation for reserved categories and a maximum limit of 50 years. Provisional hands currently working in the Corporation will get relaxation up to 5 years from the upper age limit. The ranked list of selected candidates will remain valid for a minimum of one year and up to three years. 4% of total vacancies will be reserved for eligible differently abled candidates as per G.O.(P) No.136/2025/SJD dated 06.06.2025. The Commission retains the right to cancel advice if an appointment was given under error within the probation period or 240 days from joining.

Eligibility Criteria

ACS (Associate Company Secretary) with minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Government/Quasi-Government or registered Public/Private Sector Undertaking. Age 18–45 years (relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC and provisional hands).
