Job Description

This First NCA notification fills backlog community‑reserved UPS Arabic Junior Language Teacher vacancies across multiple districts (Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Kollam, Malappuram, Kozhikkode) for ETB, OBC, Viswakarma and SC communities. Separate district‑wise NCA ranked lists will operate only until the earmarked vacancies left unfilled from the earlier list (Cat. No.137/2023) are fully advised. Candidates can apply to only one eligible district; multiple‑district applications lead to removal from the list and disciplinary action. Recruitment is revenue‑district based, with 5‑year service required before transfer to other districts (with special one‑time concession for transfers into Idukki, Wayanad, Kasaragod). Existing FTJLT (Arabic) UPS in any district cannot reapply to the same post but may apply for higher posts.

Eligibility Criteria

Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, OBC, Viswakarma or SC candidates of Kerala within the respective age bands, with prescribed Arabic academic qualification (Paths I or II), required teacher‑training (D.El.Ed/B.Ed or accepted alternatives), and K‑TET IV or valid exemption, applying to only one district where their community vacancy exists and not already holding this FTJLT (Arabic) UPS post in any district.
