Job Description

Kerala PSC announces a Special Recruitment for Scheduled Tribe candidates for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher – Mathematics in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. There are two statewide vacancies with a pay scale of ₹55,200–1,15,300. Applicants must be ST and aged 20–45; if no qualified candidate is available, upper age limit is relaxable up to 50 years (but not more). Essential qualification: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (min 45%), B.Ed in Mathematics (or faculty or any subject if specified conditions met), or M.Sc.Ed (45%+) from NCERT Regional Institutes, plus a pass in the Kerala SET (or exemption as specified). Exemptions and academic weightage for M.Phil, Ph.D., and Post-Doctoral qualifications as per official rules. This is a full-time, direct recruitment, and only ST candidates are eligible; all others will have their applications rejected without further communication.
