Job Description

Kerala PSC has published the 12th NCA notification soliciting online applications for High School Teacher (Arabic) in Education Department for SC (Thiruvananthapuram – 1, Palakkad – 1) and ST (Kannur – 1) communities. Candidates need to possess a Degree in Arabic or equivalent, and B.Ed/B.T/L.T in Arabic, or recognized Oriental title with Language Teacher's Training Certificate. KTET (Category III) is compulsory except as exempted. Appointments need to be applied for just for a single district. Transfer between districts is not permitted for 5 years for appointees. Special consideration is accorded to wives of Jawans, First Class Scouts/Guides, and qualifying teachers. Disqualification and departmental action will follow non-compliance with instructions. This follows a series of several earlier NCA notices due to insufficient eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates from Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe communities can apply. Must have required Arabic qualifications and KTET or exemption. Age must be between 18 and 45 years (SC/ST only). Applications must be made for one district only.
