Job Description

Kerala PSC has published the 2025 Muslim community NCA notification (Cat. No. 169/2025) for Livestock Inspector Gr. II and connected posts in the Animal Husbandry Department. It is a district-specific direct recruitment only for Muslim candidates in Thrissur. The selected candidates will be given provisional appointment and have to undergo compulsory Stockman/Livestock Inspector training for regularizing the service. Up to four chances are given for completion of courses successfully and in case of failure, the appointment is canceled. The candidate needs to be VHSE-qualified in Livestock Management. The pay scale is ₹27,900 – ₹63,700. Transfers are only within the appointment district unless a continuous service of five years is accrued. Applications from other community candidates will be summarily rejected. Eligibility Criteria

Only Muslim community candidates from Kerala with a VHSE qualification in Livestock Management are eligible. Applicants must be aged between 18–39 years. Differently-abled candidates are not eligible for this role. Candidates must also be physically fit and willing to undergo the mandatory training upon selection.
